| An example of a complete form would be this.
Type of Weapon: Katana
Name of Weapon: Kaminari No Ken (Sword of Lightning)
Description: A normal sized katana with the design of a lighting bolt running up the entire blade. The blade itself is made of a golden yellow material with the hilt a deep black with a dragon design running along the guard.
Elemental Affiliations: Lightning.
Rank: B
Special Abilities: When weilded by someone with Lightning affiliated chakra the blade draws from the user and creates a crackling electrical current that runs through the entire blade. This allows for an increase in the sharpness of the blade and also adds damage if it hits an enemy. In addition it can absorb any lightning based attack that hits the blade of the katana.
Drawbacks: It will continue to draw medium amounts of chakra from it's user and requires the user to hold it in order for the electrical current to pass through the blade. This means that hand signs can't be used when weilding the blade.
